Set-up your Salary Sacrifice scheme

The first thing to do is to speak to our staff to kick off the process. Our team of experts will be happy to help answering any questions you have. Remember, we've also written a series of Salary Sacrifice guides that include lots of information on Salary Sacrifice which you might find useful. 

Once you've decided to progress, we'll get you set up with your own Salary Sacrifice portal. You'll then need to decide on the terms of your scheme. Our portal offers full flexibility so you'll need to determine:

• Which employees are eligible
• Whether you want to include early termination insurance and maintenance 
• Whether you want to pass on a % of your NI savings to your employee 

Once you've set your scheme terms, it's time to let your employees know about it. You can upload your eligible employee details into the portal and they'll receive log-in details. We can also help with workshops and other materials to show your employees what's on offer.

Your employees will now be able to log into your portal and see the available deals. This is where we come in, we'll continually search the market and work with our funding partners in order to get your staff access to the best leasing deals on the market.

It's now down to your employees to find the right deal for them and to place the order. Our portal is self-serve and incredibly easy to use. Once an order is placed, your scheme manager will need to approve the order. We'll then see if we can get any additional dealer discounts and get the best leasing terms for you.

Your employee will be engaged directly to take delivery of the vehicle, once this is scheduled, your portal will be populated with all of the relevant paperwork. This will include the employee contract adjustment, the payroll instructions and the relevant HMRC forms, as well as then lease documentation.
