To proceed with brokering a vehicle contract hire / consumer credit finance request, we are obliged to bring the following information to your attention:

We are Citygate Leasing Limited, and our registered office is 664 Victoria Road, Ruislip, Middlesex, United Kingdom, HA4 0LN.

Citygate Leasing Limited is an appointed representative of ITC Compliance Limited which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (their registration number is 313486). Permitted activities include acting as a credit broker not a lender. We are not a lender.

We are a member of the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association (Membership Number: 11294) and abide by their Code of Conduct.

All finance applications are subject to status, terms and conditions apply, UK residents only, 18s or over, Guarantees may be required.

We charge a processing fee of £240.00 including VAT for our Brokering Services. This represents the costs incurred in ordering your vehicle with our nominated supplying dealer. This fee is payable, via credit or debit card/bank transfer, once finance approval has been received and on signing of the order form.

If you are a regulated customer (e.g. you are a private individual, a sole trader or a partnership with up to 3 partners) and choose to cancel your vehicle order, you will be liable for the costs of any service delivered which will be equal to two month’s rental +VAT of the vehicle ordered.

The processing fee is non-refundable, or may be transferred to a subsequent order if received within 6 months of original order.

Please note, this policy is for the cancellation of brokerage services provided by Citygate Leasing Limited does not relate to your cancellation rights with the finance provider. Payment of the cancellation fee can be made via credit/debit card or bank
transfer.
