Citygate Leasing Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions
A chance to win a £500 voucher when you lease a vehicle between 14th August and 30th September 2025.
- Promoter
The promoter is Citygate Leasing Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15935993, with its registered office at 664 Victoria Road, Ruislip, Middlesex, United Kingdom, HA4 0LN (“we”, “us”, “our”).
- Eligibility
2.1. The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
2.2. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
2.3. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will not be accepted.
- How to Enter
3.1. To enter the prize draw, participants must complete a valid vehicle lease agreement with Citygate Leasing during the promotional period, which runs from 14th August 2025 up to and including 30th September 2025 (“Promotional Period”).
3.2. A qualifying lease agreement constitutes a confirmed and legitimate purchase of a vehicle lease.
3.3. Only genuine transactions will be accepted. Any fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise non-genuine agreements will be excluded from the draw.
- The Prize
4.1. One winner will receive a £500 voucher.
4.2. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
4.3. The prize will be delivered via email to the address provided during the lease agreement process.
- Winner Selection
5.1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.
5.2. The draw will take place within seven (7) days of the Promotional Period ending.
5.3. The winner will be notified via email within five (5) working days of the draw taking place.
5.4. If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of the initial notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- Data Protection
6.1. Personal data provided during the course of this promotion will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at: https://www.citygateleasing.co.uk/privacy-policy.
6.2. Your data will only be used for the administration of this prize draw and will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
- General
7.1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these terms and conditions or who is suspected of fraud or dishonesty.
7.2. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
7.3. The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the competition is final and binding.
7.4. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Amazon.
- Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
